    • My experience with kids is that they learn most effectively by seeing you demonstrate the method. The old “do what I say, not what I do” approach is always doomed to failure.

  1. Very well expressed through illustrations. Flows very well. You could have given a few steps on how to “catch the thought”…..how to distance yourself from them and observe them. But I really liked the article.Thank you.

  3. This article is not positive, it seems to pursue the idea that depression isn’t a serious issue and that it is just the fault of the person experiencing it
